What are the benefits of
online, hybrid, and in-person trainings?

In-person trainings offer a fully immersive environment where you can step away from daily routines and dedicate yourself completely to the experience. Practising, learning, and living alongside fellow trainees can create a strong sense of connection, shared growth, and embodied learning.
Hybrid trainings combine the spaciousness of online learning with the immersive experience of gathering in person. Many trainees enjoy having time to absorb the teachings at home before coming together for an in-person retreat week focused on practice, community, and hands-on learning.
Online modules allow you to study individual subjects from our Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training, such as Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, or Teaching Methodology, without committing to the full program. Learn at your own pace, from anywhere in the world, and deepen your knowledge in the areas that interest you most.
If you later decide to pursue certification, your online studies can count toward a complete training pathway. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all required online modules together with the corresponding in person training week.
