MICHELLE BERRANGE
Michelle has been teaching yoga and meditation full-time since 2009 with a focus on therapeutic alignment, holistic healing and transformation. Rooted in traditional Hatha and Iyengar-inspired principles, her teaching blends precision, philosophy, conscious movement and restorative practice to support the physical body, mind and nervous system.
Michelle’s work is dedicated to helping practitioners safely work with injuries, chronic sensitivities, emotional or hormonal imbalances and to find comfort, balance and self-awareness through conscious embodied practice.
Over two decades she has taught internationally across Europe, Africa and India, deepening her understanding of yoga, embodied presence and ancient healing approaches including massage, Ayurveda and meditation.
Her passion is holding space for self-inquiry, expanded awareness and the holistic integration of body, mind and spirit.
