As part of the Wise Movement Training, you’ll receive a comprehensive 12-week, three-day-per-week strength training program to continue your practice at home. This program is designed to reinforce the techniques and principles you’ll learn during the training, focusing on strength, mobility, and neurobiomechanics.

Lisa's expertise extends beyond the physical practice, encompassing neurobiomechanics and holistic wellness.
