About North Adams
North Adams is located in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. It is a rural town, ringed by Mountains and forest. It is known for being home to MassMoca (Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Arts), an amazing gallery of vast expansive spaces which houses many famous installations. MassMoca is also the hub of music and performance in the town. Close to North Adams, is Williamstown, which is known for it’s prestigious Williams College. There are some good cafes and restaurants in both North Adams and Williamstown. Excellent hiking trails and lakes can be found all around the area. Fall brings an aray of spectacular colors which attract many leaf-peepers every year.
Frog Lotus Yoga is located in the historic Beaver Mill, an old cotton Mill which was transformed into Art studios around 15 years ago and has been a thriving community of artists ever since. The studio overlooks the Natural Bridge State Park, which boasts a beautiful bubbling creek running through a marble canyon.
